• After your laundry is weighed, you’ll receive an invoice showing the total due (minus your deposit).
• Minimum order weight is 20 lbs — any orders under 20 lbs will still be billed at the 20 lb rate.

We accept Apple Pay, Square payments, and cash (by prior agreement only).

Note: We do not accept CashApp payments.

For laundry orders:

• Payment is due before clothing is returned/after being weighed.
• No items will be returned without full payment.

For cleaning services:

• Full payment is due upon completion of service.
• Accepted: Apple Pay, Square, or agreed-upon cash payments.
