We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your laundry service, please review our policy below:
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or drop-off time.
- Same-day cancellations (less than 4 hours’ notice) may be subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
- No-shows (if we arrive for pickup and laundry is not available) will also incur a $10 no-show fee.
We ask that you communicate any changes as soon as possible so we can continue to provide prompt, quality service to all of our clients.
